IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NCL MEMBERS! READ THIS FIRST!
NCL Members, please note: This is the new website and it is a work in progress. Please be patient with us while we get all the details worked out. Ultimately, you will have a link on your chapter website that will take you directly to the order pages.
In the meantime, please be prepared to register with the following information: Your name. Your email address. Your phone number. Your chapter name. Your Charms Chairperson's email address. If any of this information is not valid or missing then we will email you ONLY ONCE to correct that information. If any errors are not corrected within 5 days of the email, your order will be cancelled and you will lose your place in the charm production Que.
NCL National's rules require that we hold all orders for ten working days prior to shipping. That means two weeks on the calendar. This is to allow your Chapter Charms Chairperson to disapprove your order if for some reason you do not qualify for purchase under NCL rules. If an item is disapproved, it will not be shipped or billed but please don't complain to us, we only follow the rules of NCL. Shipping charges are billed per order. If an item is disapproved and removed from your order, a re-order is a NEW ORDER AND WILL INCUR ANOTHER SHIPPING CHARGE!
This required hold time means that you will need to plan for your order because if it is less than 18 days to the event you need the item for, you probably won't get it.
We only accept Visa and MasterCard. Your charge card will be charged at the time of order. We will ship as soon as possible after that, with the NCL hold times respected and in the sequence of orders recieved from all members.
Our flat rate shipping is by FedEx GROUND or USPS, at our option. If you wish to purchase expedited shipping, it will be by FedEx or USPS Express mail, at our option, and charged at the rates in effect at that time.
NOTE: All packages must be signed for. Be sure that your phone number has an answering machine so that FedEx can leave you a message if no one is home. If no message can be left, FedEx will return your order to us, resulting in your order being delayed up to 8 weeks longer or possibly even being cancelled. If the package is returned to us and must be sent a second time, a second shipping charge will be made.
