You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using FedEx. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship internationally.
Our flat rate shipping is done using FedEx Ground services. If you wish to purchase expedited shipping, then we will use FedEx express services.
NCL National's rules require that we hold all orders for ten working days prior to shipping. That means two weeks on the calendar.
This is to allow your Chapter Charms Chairperson to disapprove your order if for some reason you do not qualify for purchase under NCL rules. If an item is disapproved by your Charms Chairperson, it will not be shipped or billed. But please don't complain to us, we only follow the rules of NCL, contact your Charms Chairperson to have her remove her disapproval.
Shipping charges are billed per order. If an item is disapproved and removed from your order, a re-order is a NEW ORDER AND WILL INCUR ANOTHER SHIPPING CHARGE!
This required hold time means that you will need to plan for your order because if it is less than 18 days to the event you need the item for, you probably won't get it.
We only accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We will get the charge approved at the time of order but we will not bill your card until the time of shipment. IF for any reason your card is declined by the bank when we are ready to ship, we will try to contact you by email.
If the reason for the decline is not corrected within 3 business days, you will be notified that your order has been cancelled and the charms we made for you will be used to fill the next order in line. When you re-order you will be at the back of the line. This could result in significant delays in your receiving your order, possibly missing your Chapter event. Please be sure that everything is correct before ordering.
Our flat rate shipping is by FedEx GROUND. If you wish to purchase expedited shipping, it will be by FedEx and charged at the rates in effect at that time.
NOTE: All packages must be signed for. Be sure that your phone number has an answering machine so that FedEx can leave you a message if no one is home. If no message can be left, FedEx will return your order to us, resulting in your order being delayed up to 8 weeks longer or possibly even being cancelled.
If the package is returned to us and must be sent a second time, a second shipping charge will be made.
Repeat: NCL National requires a 10 business day hold on all orders while your Chapter Charms Chair reviews your eligibility to purchase. Ten business days means two weeks on the calendar. This rule from NCL National means that even if an item is in stock and is sent with expedited shipping, your order can't possibly be delivered in less than 18 days. Flat rate shipping is a minimum of 25 days, IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK. If we are out of stock on an item and are making the item up for you, the shipping times will be an average of 8 to 14 days from the date we send the package.
